Return & Refund Policy
We have a  30 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
 
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, promotional items, or gift cards.
 
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.
 
European Union 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
 
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
